In 2024, 4 the Jewel N U and Board of Directors began planning a comprehensive and inclusive strategic planning process. With valuable input from a wide range of stakeholders, the team refined our mission and vision, defined our organizational values, and established three key strategic priorities. This process also included a detailed review of by-laws and an assessment of board commitment to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and future growth.
