We Walk So They Don’t Run

Due to inclement weather and circumstances beyond our control, the original scheduled walk/run in October 2022 was cancelled. And now in 2023 we rise up and commemorate NO MORE’S 10th anniversary where we will be highlighting the urgent need for “More NO MORE”. This walk is symbolic of our community making a conscious decision to raise awareness and financial support towards RECOGNITION, EDUCATION & PREVENTION as it relates to domestic violence and sexual assault awareness. We hope that you will consider being one of our major sponsors on Saturday, MARCH 25, 2023, at the beautiful Lake Mayer, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia. Together we can make a difference! All proceeds from this walk/run will help support our many service projects as it relates to RECOGNITION plus EDUCATION is the key to PREVENTION, as follows:

• Why is it important to empower victorious victims of violence and family members? It is an opportunity to bring the issue to the forefront, advocate for change, celebrate survivors, and mourn those who have tragically lost their lives to domestic violence. As your organization already knows, domestic violence is a deep-rooted issue that affects our family members, friends, colleagues, and many other members of our community. This year “4 the Jewel N U Global” are reaching out to our community partners who share our mission and are not afraid to Rise Up and Declare “I SHALL SPEAK 4 HER against Domestic Violence”.
• What about the children who lost their beloved mothers due to violence? Funds raised will benefit school tuition or scholarships for children who have lost their mother due to violence. The recipient of our Inaugural Scholarship will be presented at the opening ceremony. Funds will be allocated specifically for tuition or Scholarship assistance.
